No. At Ninth Street UMC, we believe God calls us into active worship. Sign-up sheets are located at our Connect station, just outside the sanctuary doors on the main floor. Rehearsals are on Sunday mornings from 10-10:40 AM in the sanctuary, and volunteers are scheduled to serve on the 1-2 Sundays they indicate availability on our sign-up sheet or through our online portal.
We offer a diverse range of music styles, from traditional hymns to contemporary worship songs. At Ninth Street UMC, we believe that everyone should be fed and have the opportunity to worship in a variety of styles that help them feel connected to the Holy Spirit. As special events in the church calendar loom, Ninth Street UMC remains committed and open to the formation of a vocal choir.
